These peanut butter squares are so delicious that you may not want to share them! In fact, they're irresistibly good! In fact, I don't even like peanut butter unless it's with something else. You may even want to double the recipe. One of my favorite parts of making it is licking the bowl. :) They taste best when you warm them up, as they're more chewy that way...but even better when fresh out of the oven. Mmm!
Ingredients:
1 cup Organic sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 cups of Organic All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup of natural or organic peanut butter (I used Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter)
1/2 cup of peanut oil
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375. In a medium sized bowl, add your coconut oil and sugar. Then, add your peanut butter and the egg. In a separate bowl, add flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Combine it with you creamed mixture. After that, spread it in an 8 x 8 in. pan.
2. Grease a Bake for 10-14minutes or until a golden brown.
