|Silk's Almond Milk.|
Milk isn't really good for you like many people say it is. A lot of people think that if you don't drink milk you won't have strong bones. Well, I have to disagree with that! :) First of all we humans are the only mammals that drink milk from
a different animal (not that we are animals) and we shouldn't be doing that. Here are some reasons why it is not good for you:
* Multiple Slerosis
And many people think it will create strong strong bones like I mentioned earlier, but it actually diminishes the calcium in our body. And instead of milk preventing bone fractures, it increases it! People who drink milk are more likely to break more bones than those who don't or rarely do. Instead of milk you could drink almond, coconut or rice milk. I prefer to drink almond milk. In fact, I even use almond milk for baking and cooking and it turns out just as good! :)
