Since I don't eat cheese from a cow, I decided to use creamy goat cheese that has a pretty similar taste to regular cream cheese. While your average cream cheese has about 200 calories (and that's for only one cup!), goat cheese only has
16 calories for only two cups! That's pretty good! You can eat this assured you will hardly gain a pound. And, not only is this guilt free and sugar free but quick and easy to make, too.

How to Make it
Organic graham crackers (make sure it will be enough to fill a 9x13 inch pan)
Four (6 oz.) packages of creamy goat cheese
2/3 cup of organic blueberries
Three eggs (I prefer fresh eggs)
1/4 cup of honey (Depending on how sweet you want it, you may need to adjust it)
1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350
Lay out the graham crackers in a 9x13" pan. Cream the goat cheese and honey in a large bowl. Add the eggs, one at a time. Beating well after each one. Add the vanilla and mix well. Pour over the graham crackers in the pan. Bake for thirty minutes. Once done, graham crackers should be soft, not soggy.
