4 Strengthing Exercises

It is very important not only to eat healthy, but to be fit too. These exercises have you looking like a supermodel, but they will definitely tone your body if done properly. Even everyday tasks keep us fit, such as vacuuming, mopping, and carrying groceries. Below I have provided you with 4 great exercises.

1. PLANK (There are two ways to do this. For beginners, I suggest the first one)

2. Chair Pose
